Concert Attire: Dresses & Tuxedos

Care Information

  1. Tuxedos and dresses are kept at home until the end of the season. It is the responsibility of the student and their parents to keep all parts of the uniform clean, safe, and in good condition.

  2. Attire should be kept properly hung, in its garment bag, and cared for between concert performances, festivals, and competitions.

  3. Tuxedo shirts are machine washable and can be safely washed at home. They are very easy to wash and iron.

  4. Tuxedos and dresses are dry clean only, if needed. The DMHS Band Boosters provide dry cleaning to all attire upon return.

  5. Attire is returned at the end of the school year OR BEFORE if the student no longer participates in instrumental music.

  6. Alterations are at the expense of the student/parents.

  7. Attire CAN NOT be cut. Hems are allowed but no cutting of fabric.

  8. Recommendation for alterations: S&N Tailoring, 11144 N. FLW Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ, 85259, 480-767-2626
